We provide safe, welcoming spaces—both private and group—for you to connect with Jesus and with others. We also offer resources that encourage healing and wholeness, walking alongside you as you grow in faith and follow Jesus more closely.

The Care Ministry provides a compassionate and confidential space for individuals to share their struggles and concerns. Through active listening, encouragement, and Biblical counsel, we offer support in times of crisis and guidance for navigating life’s challenges. Our role is to walk alongside congregants, offering hope, prayer, and direction while connecting them with additional resources when needed.

Celebrate Recovery is a global, Christ-centered, 12-step recovery ministry that helps people find freedom from any hurt, habit, or hang-up by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through the recovery process.

The journey through grief and mourning can be long and lonely. Your whole being, your sense of purpose, and your identity have all been shaken, and you are on unfamiliar ground. We understand the difficulty of the grief journey, and we want to walk it with you.
We offer grief groups each year, but we also realize that people often need support at a time we may not be offering a group. In those instances, we point you to GriefShare, a small group ministry that can help you begin to find your way through the fog and rediscover joy in your life. Prayer is vital to our spiritual journey, helping us become like Jesus by being with Him. We offer courses, practices, and serving opportunities to grow your prayer life, both individually and in groups.

ASSISTANCE
Sometimes we need a little help to make ends meet. Our Food Pantry and Financial Assistance Ministries are here to support you with care and compassion during your time of need.

Financial hardship is something no one should have to face alone. We assist with utility payments when you cannot pay them on your own. We want to hear your story, offer encouragement and resources, and pray with you. After we have met with you, we will determine how we can best help you carry your burden.
To ensure timely information, all communication is done solely through email. Please check your inbox regularly, including your junk folder.

Following Jesus’ call to feed the hungry, we operate a food pantry to provide nourishment and foster a sense of community. Our goal is to serve those in need while offering opportunities to connect with God and others.
Our Food Pantry supports families and individuals in St. Charles County needing food assistance. Eligibility is determined by household size and income.
Our Food Pantry is open Tuesday mornings from 8:00 am – 10:15 am in The Landing at our St. Charles Campus.
If you need food assistance but you live outside St Charles County, please call 314-726-5355.
You will hear a recording for help with utilities, food, food stamps, etc.

Baptism is a vital step in following Jesus, and we want to walk alongside you on this journey. We believe that those putting their trust in Jesus should repent of their sins, confess their faith, and be baptized into Him. When a loved one dies, there are many decisions to be made, while also attempting to attend to your grief and loss. Our Care Team will walk alongside you and help you plan a service that honors your loved one’s life and reflects the hope and peace of God’s presence. You are not alone—we are here to support you with love, prayer, and gentle guidance every step of the way.
If you would like a Harvester Christian Church Pastor to conduct the service for your loved one, please call the CARE Team at the Church (636-928-7651), and we will schedule a time to meet with you and plan the service.

We know that times of hospitalization, medical procedures, limited physical abilities, hospice, and more affect the whole being of an individual as well as their family. We are available to pray with you and offer encouragement while your loved one is home-bound, in the hospital, or in the nursing home.
Our Care Team is available to visit your loved one in our local hospitals Monday – Thursday. To request a visit, please complete the form below.
For individuals who are home-bound or in a nursing home, we have a small Volunteer Team who would love to connect with you and your loved one. If your loved one would appreciate a visit, please complete the Visit Request Form.

Life can be hard to navigate sometimes – change, loss, grief, disappointments, sometimes even good things can be overwhelming. A caring friend who listens, encourages, cares, and who joins you in the journey can be a huge help.
If you need a friend to talk to, who can help you carry your load, please share your story with us by completing the Companioning Questionnaire. This assists us in pairing you with the best companion for your individual need.

Strong, Christ-centered marriages are the foundation of healthy families. Whether you are preparing for marriage and want to build a strong relationship through open communication and commitment, or you are facing challenges in your marriage, we’re here to help. Through SYMBIS—Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts—and SYMBIS+, we offer mentoring with a dedicated mentor couple to support and guide you on your journey.
