COVID PROTOCOLS

The following is a summary of protocols that we have put in place to allow us to meet in-person during the weekend. While these guidelines specifically apply to our weekend worship services, similar guidelines and protocols are in place for other ministry environments that meet on our campus as well. For additional information and protocols on those other events and programs, please contact the Ministry Leader directly.

  • St. Charles Campus

MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON CAMPUS

      • While we don’t mandate masks, they are highly recommend for everyone over age 5 during the entirety of your visit with us. This includes the worship and teaching time.
      • All staff and volunteers are required to wear masks while on-duty.
      • If you forgot a mask, no worries! We have free masks available at all entrances.
      • Hand sanitization stations are available all around campus.

THE CHAPEL IS A “MASK REQUIRED” VENUE

      • While we highly recommend it, the reality is that not everyone will wear a mask for a variety of reasons. The one venue where we mandate masks is in the Chapel. If you refuse to wear a mask during the entirety of your visit, please do not attend service in the Chapel.

    SPACING

      • We have 3 venues where you can sit to participate in service. The Worship Center is where live worship and teaching happens. Our Chapel and Cafe venues have a video feed of the service piped in. The Chapel is our “Masks Required” venue.
      • Every other row in each venue is blocked off to space households out.
      • Keep 2 chairs between your household and the next when sitting in the same row.
      • For larger, holiday weekends we will use a ticketing system to ensure spacing requirements.

ELEMENTS OF SERVICE THAT HAVE CHANGED

      • Coffee & food are not being served in the Cafe so that mask wearing becomes more wide-spread.
      • Offering boxes are at the back of each venue to avoid passing offering bags.
      • Communion elements are available on tables as you enter each venue.
      • Our weekend bulletin and sermon notes are available on our Harvester App.

  • Troy Campus

    MASKS ARE REQUIRED ON CAMPUS

      • Due to the LCHD “Covid stops with me” order we are asking that all persons age 10 and older wear face coverings during the entirety of your visit with us. This includes the worship and teaching time.
      • All staff and volunteers are required to wear masks while on-duty.
      • If you forgot a mask, no worries! We have free masks available at Guest Central.

    SPACING

      • We have spaced our seating out so that different family units can maintain social distancing guidelines. We have sections of 3 and 5 chairs available. If your family unit is larger than that feel free to ask any of our ushers at the entrance of the worship center and they will be happy to arrange a larger section of chairs for you and your family.
      • For larger, holiday weekends we will add services, or use a ticketing system to ensure spacing requirements.
